It’s a storied place, with 350-year-old fir trees, Snoqualmie Falls roaring in the mist, and Mount Si peacefully watching over the small, historic town. You’ll find hikers and kayakers, elk and bobcat, vintage diners and quaint pubs, all peacefully at home. You can live each day so enveloped by nature and wilderness, that the mountains, forests, trails, rivers, and falls become friends.

Q: Do apartments include a washer and dryer?
A: Yes, every home includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Q: Is parking included?
A: We offer on-site uncovered parking, covered parking, and EV charging stations. Please consult with a leasing professional on availability and fees.

A: Traverse North Bend offers a wide range of resort-style amenities, including a common area in clubhouse that serves as a coworking lounge, fitness center, theater with lounge seating, outdoor area with community barbeque and lounge ares, and a playgroud.
Q: Is there a fitness center?
A: Yes, our state-of-the art fitness center features views of Mt. Si.
Q: Do you have a coworking space?
A: Traverse North Bend has a coworking space in the clubhouse.
Q: Is this a smoke-free community?
A: Yes, Traverse is a non-smoking community.
Q: Are there EV charging stations?
A: We do have pay-per-use EV charging stations on-site.

Leasing & Application
Q: Can I schedule a tour of the apartment?
A: Absolutely! We would love to show you Traverse. We have in person and live video tours available.
Q: How do I submit an application?
A: Applications can be submitted on our website through the "Apply Now" button.
Q: How do I report a maintenance need?
A: Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the office during business hours. After-hours emergencies can be reported by calling the front office and following the prompts.
Q: Is there maintenance assistance 24/7?
A: Emergency maintenance assistance is available 24/7. Emergencies include fire, flood, clogged toilets in single-bathroom units, active leaks, and lockouts. Non-emergency work orders will be addressed the following day
Q: When is rent due and how do I pay it?
A: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay on the resident tab on our website www.TraverseNorthBend.com.

Q: Is renter's insurance required?
A: Renters’ Insurance is required but not included.
Neighborhood & Location
Q: What is the North Bend like?
A: North Bend, WA is one of those places people tend to choose very intentionally. It's at the edge of the Cascades about 30–40 minutes east of Bellevue and roughly 40–50 minutes from Seattle (depending on traffic), and it feels much more like a mountain town than a Seattle suburb.
Q: Is there public transportation within close proximity to the community?
A: King County Metro Route 208 connects North Bend, Snoqualmie, and Issaquah Transit Center where you can transfer to buses serving Bellevue, Redmond, and Seattle.
Q: What major freeways are close by?
A: I-90 is the major east-west freeway.
Q: What does commute time to major cities look like?
A: Issaquah 15-20 minutes, Bellevue 30 minutes, Seattle 40-50 minutes, Snoqualmie Pass 25-30 minutes.
Q: How far is the community from the airport?
A: Traverse North Bend to Sea-Tac Airport is approximately 50 minutes.
Q: What restaurants, shops, and entertainment is nearby?
A: Some local favorites within minutes of Traverse include: South Fork, Unphogettable, Huxdotter Coffee, Harwood Café, and Arete. For everyday shopping, there is the North Ben Premium Outlets, Birches Habitat, Safeway, QFC, and Ace Hardware. Hiking Mt. Si, Rattlesnake Lake, Mailbox Peak and Snoqualmie Pass are a huge part of local life. Boxley's host jazz and live music performances, and the Snoqualmie Casino is 10-15 minutes away offering restaurants, concerts, gaming, and entertainment.
