Parking is available on-site alongside to our clubhouse, which is where our leasing office is located. Please note these are parallel parking spots. If you would prefer nonparallel parking, we have a large parking lot past our clubhouse and townhome building K that are unnumbed for you to use during your visit.


The MFTE (Multifamily Tax Exemption) program : 

Traverse is actively leasing income-based affordable program apartments, comprising of 1- and 2-bedroom homes.
